How To Handle Life When a Loved One Has PTSD with Nicole Bonfiglio

In today's episode Leah and Paul talk with Nicole Bonfiglio, wife of Brian Bonfiglio our guest from episode  39.  In Brian's episode he spoke about his diagnoses of PTSD.  Both Brian and Nicole felt it may be helpful to others in their situation to hear their story and how they are managing it.  Nicole candidly shares with us some of her experiences with both Brian and her brother, who also has PTSD.

We discuss how being able to hear other's stories who are in similar situations is helpful to not feel alone in the process.
