In today's conversation Leah and Paul talk with Transformation Coach and Podcaster Matt Doan.  Matt shares with us his story of how he left his tech consulting job of long hours to how he became a full time coach.

Matt lived his life the way many of us have been conditioned to believe we should be living our lives.  Following the societal structure we've been told to follow.  Go to school, work hard,  find the right job, and pour our heart and soul into that job.  And in the process he lost some of his most treasured items, his relationship with his wife and kids.  After the experience he was able to do some inner reflecting and get to the root of the problem.  And now Matt is coaching others to not live in the cage of the corporate world.  Matt teaches others how they can find themselves where they are and regain control of their life.

As Matt transitioned out of the corporate world and into entrepreneurship, he documented his emotional rollercoaster in the form of a podcast.  That podcast is called Uncage Yourself.  And it can be found on Uncageyourself.fm
